Coach's Press Conference

Post by orangeandbrown »

Interesting. Keon will play with a cast. He sees OU as being where we were in 2001.

I hope for the sake of the conference that Ohio is where we were in 2001. The more football powers we have the better. The conference will only get better and more positive recognition if everyone in the conference improves. And of course getting rid of UCF will help as well :) :)

Keon was playing against Ball State with what looked like a temporary cast, I saw it with my binoculars.

I enjoy reading those coaches comments every week. I'm glad they post them on the BG website.

I think everyone would like to see more powerhouse teams in the conference. But honestly, the conference really won't ever get positive recognition to the point that we want it to. Some teams in the MAC are good for a few years, then they go back to the bottom 10. If all the teams stayed at a consistent level every year, then I will agree that the conference will only get better.

McMetz, you are right. Chasing after recognition in life is almost always fruitless. You should seek to BE better, and be glad if recognition comes.
