With wins against Miami (1-9) and the University of Toledo (4-6) in the final two games of the year, the Falcons can avoid a losing season, something they haven't had since 2000.
"I've never been on a losing football team, and I don't plan to start now," Partridge said.
GO FALCONS!!!!

Gotta love that attitude. He gave us a good example against Akron of what he can do if given the touches during the game. I hope they continue to give him opportunities. He isn't flashy, he just gets yards and makes plays. A blue collar type of player. I hope quotes like that can help get these guys going and beat those Redhawks.
Oh, sorry, I forgot, I'm his father and shouldn't be talking him up (see bad karma reference in another thread). I hope he has a good game. Go Falcons!
See you all Wednesday night.

There's a veritable ass load of good karma in wishing family members to do well.
Unless you're a Kennedy....

Wishing family members do well and good luck is one thing but talking them up is prideful and brings bad karma. Can't be doing that.
And I don't want to know anything about that veritable ass load....
Unless its the kicking we are going to give the Redskins, urr.. I mean Hawks...

6-6, slow, and over the hill? Must be a different CP.

Ummm...yeah...that guy.
Pride is one of the seven deadly sins, but it goeth before the fall. We're almost to winter so I think you get a seasonal exemption.
I misspoke about the load...that's a British ass load, not an American ass load. I think it's a 2 for 3 conversion ratio, but I can't be certain.
