BG @ Clemson in 2007???

Oh this would make me REALLY REALLY happy.
Extra points. Clemson Athletics director Terry Don Phillips said the MAC has found a replacement for Temple on Clemson’s 2007 schedule, but he declined to reveal which school because the contract has yet to be signed.

Can we make it work somehow?? Looking at National Champs website the Temple at Clemson game is scheduled for 9/15. Looking at the Bowling Green schedule we have Florida International scheduled for 9/15. Knowing what we know about FIU wanting to go later in the year could we be the mystery MAC team mentioned above? Oh please let it be TRUE!

Talk about an ORANGE-OUT!

Screw that. Our FIU game is supposed to be at home and I don't want to see our team give up another home game just for the payday.

His post mentioned about FIU wanting to play us later in the year, so it wouldn't be a case of us dropping FIU for Clemson.

I just hope we don't drop the Michigan game for this.

I want as many home games early in the season as possible. No one wants to come out when it's 30 degrees and raining.

By playing Clemson in Charlotte I thought this released Temple from their contract with Clemson. From that statement it sounds like Temple is leaving Clemson high and dry...

sounds like a helluva road trip...
UVA is also getting 4 MAC schools at home starting in 2008 until ??? Some three way deal with the Sun Belt where UVA is playing at MTSU next season and gets 4 MAC schools at home, but didn't saw which schools. Personally, I hope its Western Michigan (so we can get our revenge) and then toledo 3 times.

Sorry Bando. You're thinking of the OTHER South Carolina school. Clemson is the Tigers.
