Goofy's thoughts from last night

Drove up to the game yesterday and spent the night in BG. After which I had to drive home and work this afternoon, so this is the first I've had a chance to post this. I've spent that last 45 minutes sifting through almost an entire page of new posts and I havn't seen a thread like this so I'll start one.
I had a GREAT time last night! It wsa fantastic to hang out at the tailgate and see how we kept drawing more and more people because we had a windblock in the campers. It was great meeting new people, and seeing others I havn't seen in a year. Also I was really glad to meet Mitch and listen to his perspective on things (as promised, no bashing you yet
)
The crowd, while light, was a blast to be a part of. Nice and rowdy, although some of that might have been out of nessicity to stay warm.
Loved the Band. What more can I say, I'm a Band Geek Alumni.
It was great right up until the last field goal. By that time I had made my way down the front row, and we were all holding hands, standing arm in arm, praying, hoping, wishing, wanting, willing the ball to go through the uprights. It's one of my favorite moments as a Falcon Fan.
So, yes despite the bad outcome of the game, I had a fantastic night. I hope someone else here feels the way I do.
