According to reports all over the Iowa State message boards and MACabbs.

Not that I wish and ill will to CMU, but it is nice to see some more MAC schools "pay the price" for success.

Three years and Kelly's gone.....That sux for CMU, if it's true. Brookhart would have been a hot candidate from Akron but he stumbled to a 5-7 season after locking up a 5 year extension. Any word on Solich moving on?

I've heard the ol' drunk wants to finish his career at OU. He's not getting any younger.

The Detroit News agrees....Dantonio did a heck of a job recruiting Ohio for Cincy. CB Mike MIckens was a BG commit who backed out to sign with the Bearcats. I think he was 2nd team all Big East as a freshman.

The other finalist, Charlie Baggett, was an assitant here at BGSU under Denny Stolz.

Grantham? That's the last time I rely on scout.com for information....

Other sources had Grantham as well. I saw it on an AP story on the Browns game yesterday.

You BG fans could only wish he'd leave. Get used to what is happened this year with Ohio winning because it's not going to change any time soon.

Ohio didn't win. They lost. I'm confused.

Apparently, CMU offered Kelly a four year extension but he is still heading to Iowa State. I feel especially bad for his team given they have a conference championship game in three days and a bowl game after Christmas.

That's a big big turnaround. Chizik is widely considered a great coordinator.

Is the CMU AD going to boot Kelly before the MACC and bowl game?
