"This is a wonderful opportunity for Greg and his family," said BGSU head football coach Gregg Brandon. "He has meant so much to the success of our program and is regarded as one of the top offensive line coaches in the country . It is great to see people like Stud and Tim Beckman (former defensive coordinator) get the opportunities that they have earned. "

I would love to know what both Beckman and Stud made here and what they make at their new jobs which were not promotions in title.

Give Stud five years with a good head coach and we may have our Amstutz. In five years he may be as big as Amstutz.

So are calling coach Studrawa a rat or the program a sinking ship. Or a little bit of both perhaps. Need to keep those insults as clear as possible, don't you know.

WOW! This is a surprise, to put it mildly! I know that Stud has had offers before to go elsewhere, but to me he was like a certain guy 20 miles north...bled orange and brown... To be honest, I'm not sure that OC was the best job for him, but a Line coach at a school like LSU is a PLUM to be sure...and a possible lead in to a HC job somewhere down the road. Good Luck, Stud....I'll miss talking to you. :!:

Program under Brandon.

Can't fault Stud for going to a school like LSU. I had high hopes for his future here, but it just isn't to be. When a guy like Stud, who seems to really love BG leaves, combined with all the other player and coach departures, the writing becomes too clear to ignore.

The only thing that really bothers me is the number of coaches leaving this year. Coach Stud makes this the third coach to leave. How can you maintain any continuity with the coaches when there is this amount of turnover. Will this also hurt recruiting if these student athletes are expecting certain coaches to be here.

Is anyone going to ask the obvious question?

Remember, Stud was our OC...

With the direction this program has headed continuity should be viewed as a bad thing, IMO.

I wish coach Stud the best, I think he's an excellent line coach. Clearly we had issues with playcalling this year, so perhaps this gives us an opportunity to get a good young mind.

Unfortunately when we blow again next year I can just see all the people on here saying we should give Brandon another year because we had a new OL coach, a new WR coach, etc, etc.
