First, welcome to the board. With that said, you're not even close on your grading of our recruiting class. We had numerous 3 star players including Nate Brown.

It's nearly impossible to judge recruiting classes at the MAC level. None of the services have seen that much on most of our recruits anyways.

Our class doesn't look as impressive as some other MAC classes, but that doesn't mean it isn't just as good. In the end it will have a lot more to do with how we develop & utilize the players as anything.

If Brandon is still your coach, then that isn't a very promising statement.

Jeez, RF... would you please wait for our own guys to rip the coach a new one first? Thanks.

I figured that was implied in my original statement. Of course I have no confidence in coach Brandon to develop them into top tier players.

Optimism from me? This year's recruits should get 2 years of a new coaching staff when they become Jr/Sr (3 years if they're redshirted).

He just saved me the trouble :)

My anger is currently moving right up the ladder though. I lost a lot of faith in Christopher when he stood firmly behind Brandon, citing his 03-04 record. I lost even more when he didn't stand up for Dakich at all, in spite of all his years here. Hey Greg -- Dakich had a pretty good record a few times too.

Now that I hear the MAC is making our schedule for us, and that Christopher looks more and more like a puppet for Chryst every day, I've become very skeptical of his leadership.

At least our coach isn't obese and the face of "Get Fit Toledo" BTW I love how ESPN did a halftime bit on his summer sausage and how it stinks up his entire office... I know these are unintelligent, immature low blows but I just had to say them....

Wait just a second here! Are you saying that Tom Amstutz is so morbidly obese that he could be the stunt double for "Fat Bastard" in Austin Powers 4? Are you saying that if he fell and broke his leg, that gravy would pour out?

Man, that's immature!!
