Might as well line up, 'cause he can bite me as well. I was going to buy season tickets this year. And when the "oh no we didn't get a high enough attendance" crap flies again, I don't think I'll care.

I'm sure Mr. Sebo is thrilled that his baby will be unveiled against Temple.
I was having a good day, too.

Personally, The bright spot, that I see is that the Toledo game will be the Friday after Thanksgiving. If we do Thanksgiving at my parents, I can attend this game for the first time in about 7 years.

And there will be no students there as that's over Thanksgiving break. All the students living on campus are kicked out of the dorms.
I'm usually one of the more optimistic voices here, but f' Christopher and Chryst.

this really sucks that we won't see Boise State and BGSU again this year. our local paper just released our official schedule (note: even though we have 12 games on the schedule, we're allowed to have 13 thanks to our trip to hawaii. so there's room for one more game for BSU).
http://www.idahostatesman.com/235/story/75641.html
a side-effect of this for us is that we will now only have two saturday home games... all the rest are moved to sunday, thursday or fridays to be on ESPN, which really sucks for the fans.
i'm still hopeful that we (BSU) can make our return trip to BGSU in the future and fulfill our home-and-home obligation.
i hope you guys have a good season.

At least most of the games are on Saturday? I know there was a lot of talk about games being during the week to be on ESPN, etc.
That definitely sucks that Boise St. won't be coming to BG- what a sweet game that would have been.

Greg Christopher can bite me. This schedule is pathetic. 5 home games? Might as well just say 4 because the students won't be in town for the Toledo game. And where the hell did Boston College and Michigan State come from? We were better off not knowing the schedule than seeing this crap

Boston College and MSU have been on the schedule for the past 4-6 weeks.
Season Ticket info is also up. Prices look a little better this year, though the spreading out of the seats makes no sense.

Our AD whored our football program out at the behest of the MAC. There is no other way to explain this garbage. We're screwed out of a home game again this year and we play WKU on the day we're supposed to play Boise State. We made that switch because that game on top of the three road games we played would have killed us before we even reached mid October.
We gave up the marquee game on the home schedule...the biggest OOC game ever scheduled for the Doyt, so we can go on the road and play a pair of make up games to fix the schedhuling f**k ups caused by OTHER schools.
Ask the f***ing conference to buy season tickets because there's no way in hell I am

Even better news, Toledo has 7 home games (all Saturday)

I'M DONE!
Sick and tired of promises of future schedules. Who the @# does he think we are. I am not being fooled anymore. I am not renewing season tickets until a quality home opponent is made. wku and temple, I'm embarassed and sick right now.
I wish I had my money back for those extra Miami tickets I purchased.
And they wonder why our attendance sucks?
This is a program I have loved for too many years. It's time to let go.
Done!

That's because we f***ing suck now and nobody wants us to take up their prime time slots.
This schedule blows. All I know is that this joke of an Athletic Director better start bringing in some hella cash because he has no clue how to run a freaking athletic department. Brings back a hockey coach that has been nothing but a joke. Brings back a football coach that has watched the program erode slowly each year he's been here, and has whored out our entire football program so the MAC can be happy.
The way this athletic program has been recently makes it real hard to be a fan.

this is REALLY gonna suck for the marching band! There's a week between Temple and WKU and less than a week between Ohio and Akron then like 3 weeks between Akron and Toledo. Freaking sweet. The Temple game should look good cuz it will more than likely be the first show *unless we go to MSU, which is possible* but then it'll be a one-week wonder, a long break to do a new show, a one-week wonder, then a long time to prepare for Toledo. Ugh. This is partially why I hate football...
