I took a few on Monday when I was on campus.

I tried to capture the corrugated siding, since it's been mentioned on here in the past.

Second that. I like the roof line, and I like the building. It's a bold deign, and from that standpoint the architects each desrve one of hammb's hamburgers with some dill or sweet and sour pickles!

I think it looks good, What would it cost to renovate the Doyt to match?

That's about the time I realized that Bleeding Orange was really a 10,000 ton monster from the paleolithic era!

Could we sell naming rights to the Doyt....Make it Domino's Doyt Perry Stadium....and afford a renovation?

One of the doors to the building was open yesterday when I strolled down there and I almost went inside and snapped a few pictures. I don't think they would have been to happy with me though.

I really like how the building looks when looking in through the south endzone. The roof line on the little "flippy" part at the east end of the building mimics the "line" of the Doyt... very slick! (and yes, "flippy" is an architectural term, you can ask Tech83!)

Grant, I was thinking the same thing abut the view from the South. Every time I would drive down Wooster on that side of town, I have been amazed at how different it makes the stadium look. When you view it on the SeboCam, you only get about a 1/4 of the picture. To see the building with the full perspective of the enitre stadium makes huge different. It looks even more impressive that way.

I think looking down on it from the webcam makes a huge difference, too. It's sweet, but still kind of "meh" looking down from the web. But I don't think I've driven/walked around it once without smiling and thinking "this is freakin' sweet!"

I think the perspective make a huge diff. The Cam is above the structure so it seems smaller since you are looking down on it. When you drive by on Wooster and see it from a ground level perspective, makes you say "Wow".

Two things they need to do after the Sebo Center is complete:

1. Repave the parking lot in front of the thing.

2. Erect a bronze statue of Doyt.

Just my thought. Plus I got to say erect.

Had the same thought RE: the parking lot. Haven't gotten a chance to look back at the drawings, but wasn't there a plan for a bit of a "plaza" in front of the Sebo?
