Is one of the 36 players trying out with the Browns this weekend as a linebacker. Good luck Devon.
One guy made the squad last year from this tryout weekend, Jereme Perry from EMU.

Someone at work just emailed me the info that Parks has a tryout. Also, Naja Pruden of Kent State has a tryout with Cleveland.
ROCK IT, DEVON!!!

Typically they will workout 30-40 players and of that group a small handful (less than 5) will get an UDFA contract to come to training camp. Once in camp they'll fight for a final 53 roster spot.
Good luck to Devon, Jerreme Perry ended up playing some down the stretch last year after working his tail off and a ton of injuries. All he can do is work his butt of to try and impress the staff.

I called in to WKNR in Cleveland last week, a sports radio station, singing the praises of Devon Parks to Mark "Munch" Bishop on his show. Maybe somebody listened!

Too bad Munch is a complete ass. I wish he would have stayed in Columbus. You should have heard him ripping BGSU apart after last year's BG/OSU game. Then, I turn on WKNR one day to listen to the Road Man and this idiot is now on PM drive. Hence I don't listen to 'KNR until after his raspy voice is off the air.

Every other word out of Munch's mouth is "Dude" or "Man". He's awful. The greater Cleveland area is at a loss for a real sports-talk station.
I'd love to see Devon catch on with Cleveland, even though I'm a Bengals fan.

You forgot he says OK, after evey line. That guy is a complete chump. Tony Rizzo form 10-12 is actually entertaining.

Sports talk in C-Town is horrible. Road Man gave some minor props to MAC teams however he jumped on the OSU band wagon faster then anyone. I am unable to listen to him and discredit everything he says and every idea he has, based on the fact he is a STEELER. I can't get over it. That's how bad sports talk is in Cleveland, we have a Steeler fan to talk about our teams. Munch for the sole reason of him being from Avon Lake and a diehard Cleveland fan has been a welcomed replacement for my drive home. I would agree, he is hard to listen to, and he is not very insightful, plus the endless OSU crap, however he is not a STEELER.
If I have to hear how many minutes, hours or days it is until they play Michigan again, I'm going to puke. Thank God for Mike & Mike in the morning.

Since I don't care about the NFL, it doesn't matter what team these guys follow but I can see how Cleveland folks don't want a Steeler fan talking sports in our area. I agree the Road Man worships at the Altar of Woody but he does give me and other folks time to plug the MAC. Munch is just a total ass and I will not pollute my car radio by listening to him.
The endless OSU crap is tough to stomach, though. The problem is WKNR is the flagship station for the Buck$ so they puke it out all the time.

Devon did not get an invite to summer camp. Good luck in your future, football or not.

I'm guessing Devon's quite less than stellar 40 time did him in. If he really does only run a 4.9 then how come he seemed quicker than that whenever I watched him? Well, hopefully Markray can stick somewhere.

apparently falconboy does not know how to differintiate between speed and quickness.
