That took long enough

Looking at our current list, BG has now done what all other 120 D-1 schools have been doing for the last few years and targeted Cleveland Glenville for recruits. Scout.com currently has BG listed as offering 3 Glenville players including a 4* WR, another WR and a WLB.
It took Brandon long enough to figure out we needed a little more speed.

He tried to sign a couple Glenville kids last year.

And the year before that...I'm pretty sure the Ted Ginnn bus tour of prospects has rolled through BG a couple of years in a row.
but that's ok...don't the facts get in the way of your dithering

The Ginn bus tour makes one of it's few MAC stops at BGSU in the summer.
It would be nice that if you are going to complain, that you have your facts in order. Just because we haven't signed someone from Glenville, certainly doesn't mean we haven't recruited anyone from there.

Not only that, but the emphasis on rcruiting the past fe wyears has been on speed...particularly last year. You know..the year we signed all those kids from Florida. And we've been moving the larger DB's to LB to take advatage of their speed for a few seasons now....

It would be freaking sweet if Cordale Scott committed to BG.

The only Glenville kids you have a chance at are the ones OSU does not want. Otherwise Ginn Sr. has em all lined up for the bucks.

Does that make him an "agent?" If so...hmm?

From what I understand this coming senior class in Ohio is set to be extremely good, and at the same time Ohio State doesn't have a large amount of scholarships to offer. I'm glad to see Brandon trying to cash in on all of these Ohio kids because we didn't do too well in our home state this last year.

Those kids get coached up by a real coach and disciplinarion, Urban Meyer. The Vest's leftovers get to bend over and say "thank you sir, may I have another"
