While looking thru Rivals this A.M., I noticed that BG no longer has any commits from incoming Srs.....they'd listed the kid from Cincy for quite awhile..obviously something changed...also at one point had mentioned a LB from Ill, I believe...also not on list any more.

I wouldn't worry too much. Signing Day is over 8 months away. A million things can happen between now and then.

scout.com has the LB/long snapper from Ill listed as comeing this year. So that means he would be here in the fall.

BGSF,
Not sure, but I thought that kid was a 2008 commit too... which means he'll be a Sr. in HS this year... either way, I found it interesting....when looking at MAC schools in general, only a couple have ANY commits for '08.

I think Scout has always listed the kid from Illinois as a class of 2007 graduate. So far as the commits go.....I'll worry about those in December and January

Does it really matter? Don't we have to run all of our recruits by Rick Chryst first, so he can see how he can best use them throughout the league? Maybe donate a few to Ohio U, Ball State, or :::gasp::: Boise?

I bet the kids ran due to our commitment to the punt formation.
or they dont want to get beaten up by some thug
or they dont want to get high
then again it might be the logo

You know, I never thought I'd want to see the 'multiple rolleyes smiley' move used ever again, but in this case, boy does it fit.

Was in the Bellefontaine Examiner yesterday that BG picked up commit from Keith Morgan. I have watched him play a bunch. He plays Qb and Corner. Last year he threw for like 1500 and rushed for 1500 and was a shutdown corner. There is 2 pics of him on scout. They have him rated at a one star now.

Wow , an actual shutdown corner eh? At 6'1 and 195 we all know he's headed for OLB.

Wish this guy would be put at corner or at the very least safety.

falconboy...the kid hasn't even signed here. The eraliest he caould possibly sign here is January of 2008. Can you at least wait until he dons a uniform before making your usual litany of inane comments about where he should be playing?
