I don't see it in the SeboCam pic, so I don't believe it's happening. I'll believe it when I see it.

Little blurb from BGSUfalcons.com
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The FieldTurf installation has begun today (July 11) at Doyt Perry Stadium. The installation should take 14 days, weather dependent. Anyone interested in seeing the installation take place is more than welcome to head out to the field and watch the process in person, but in kindness to the construction crews, as well as possible damage to the field, we ask that everyone stay off the field itself.

"As exciting as it will be to see the new FieldTurf go down, it is imperative that no one enters the field area," said Jim Elsasser, BGSU Assistant A.D. for Internal Affairs. "The turf can be damaged by both foot and vehicle traffic without the infill in place. We appreciate everyone's help in this matter."

What's going down now is the carpet backing. That's got to go down first before the turf.

It is NOT the carpet backing, it is the actual carpet.

I was out for about 15 min this afternoon and watched them sew the seam, and saw the turf and the yardlines that were on it. The reason it is black is that one piece is flipped over the other when they sewed the seam!
