Looks like we'll be able to see some MAC games on the local channels:

Cool. Living in the Akron area, we get WEWS in Cleveland and it will be great to see BG get the spotlight when the Sebo Center gets dedicated. This can show all the grads in NE OH how exciting things are on the BGSU campus. COME BACK FOR GAMES!!

Can never have too many games on tape, either.

Mike,
Agree with you on the "grand opening" of the NEW DLP and SEBO center...was a bit surprised though that they have TEMPLE scheduled to play on tv TWICE..would seem that they OWE the rest of the conference a bit more than that...don't think that showcasing Temple, even though they'll probably be imporved, makes the most sense for the conference. I'd think they'd like to show the BG-UT game or the OU-Miami game, the "true" rivalry games...Of course, that'd mean taking the BG-UT from espnu on a Friday.

Showing Temple means you're exposing the Philadelphia market. No other team in this conference comes close to the possibility of media exposure that Temple does.

You're forgetting that regardless of the size of the market, nobody in Philly cares about Temple football.

And I mean, nobody. But, having those Jersey and Philly kids just hear BG's name more often in passing has to help in recruiting a little bit. It's a talent rich area to be sure.
