i think that once they get past like the top 75 teams they begin to picks schools out of a hat.

Well...I've always figured that an asshat did their predicitons, so you might be onto something there..

My expectations aren't real high, but I don't think they'll be in the bottom 15 teams of college football again either.

I think they'll prove that on the field.

Unfortunately these preseason rankings are based on a) how you did last year, and b) how many of your best players are returning.

We are returning most of our talent, but we were pretty awful for most of last season. I think we should improve over the mark we had last year, and prove these prognosticators wrong, but at this point I cannot really blame them for the ranking either.

I with ya, hammb. But 108 out of 119, IMO, is too low. Now, I'm not saying this is a Top 40 team but it certainly is better than what CBS Sportsline is ranking.

We'll find out soon enough....it's almost tailgating time!!!

Preseason rankings mean nothing, but there are some prognosticators that at least know what they are talking about. CBS Sportsline aint one of them.
