Anybody heard anything on Omar? He's not listed on the roster at the Chiefs offcial site, but every other NFL-related site has him with the Chiefs.

Chiefs have four other QBs on thier training camp roster...not a good sign for Omar.

I'll answer my own question. I emailed the Chief's beat writer from the Kansas City Star and he wrote back that Omar was cut before camp started.

Too bad he's not in camp right now. This may be the end of Omar's NFL aspirations. Maybe he goes to Canada or Arena League...but mobility isn't his strength.

Canada would probably benefit his game the most. He looked lost last yeat in the preaseason games he palyed with the Steelers.
