Actually watched 30 minutes of Saturday's practice, though I didn't see the Barnes injury mentioned in another thread.

A few off-the-cuff observations and thoughts ...

* The defensive line looked good - quick, strong and aggressive.

* The field goal kicking looked atrocious.

* The QBs were, at best, inconsistent.

* The receiving corps looked quick and athletic.

* The DBs are going to be fierce.

* The RBs looked very fast.

Noah's evaluation: "I'm starting to feel a lot more confident about this season."

Thanks for the update, 87. Sorry we didn't get a chance to hook up but keep the Freak in mind for the Akron game in November.
