I was just thinking about we could have had two wins that were losses last season, and that would have made record 6-6. The games were against Akron and Miami both were lost in the final seconds. Really if AT played the way he and CP played in the second half of the Toledo they would have won that game too making the record 7-5. But it didn't happen. My point is that, this team is going into the next season with alot more experience not to make the same mistakes late in games and early in the game. I think they can have at least a record of 7-5 (with Turner starting MACMAN)

lol funny poll
TWO or FEWER is my vote
why not a poll on how many points the punt formation costs us...I mean earns us since were being so optimistic

I'm guessing 4-8 or 5-7.

I voted for 5-7 as well. But with consistent QB play & Virgina Tech like Special Teams we could easily be 9-3!

I think we shock people this year defensively. Our speed and intensity is going to make us hungry hungry hippos on the turnover front. I'm confident the ST's will be better...I can't see a first year assistant here letting them be worse (unless he doesn't want to work here). A good QB gets us to 9-3. Mediocrity gets us to 7-5

I see 5-6 wins for this team.
The defense will be better.
STs can really only go one direction, so they should be at least a little better.
I don't think we'll get the QB play to be a real contender. I think we'll still see some boneheaded playcalling. I think we'll still here lame excuse making from the head coach.
If we get a QB to truly step up and be a leader on the field I could see 8 wins, but I'm not real enamored with any of our choices at the most important position on the field.
Oh yeah, I predict a whole lot more bitching about our coaching staff as well

I see improvement on all three areas. I think they will upset one of the Big Ten teams, but why not both like in 2002 against the Big 12. I see 8 wins as well.
Minnesota (L)
Michigan State (W)
Temple (W)
Western Kentucky (W)
BC (L)
Miami (W)
Kent State (L)
Ohio (L)
Akron (W)
Eastern (W)
Buffalo (W)
Toledo (W)
Or maybe I am just drinking the Kool-Aid

We own Ohio U. I'll go 11-3 add in the MAC Champs and Bowl win

Hey guys you remember this thread looks like most of us were wrong about our record and it's a good thing

. Even though AT didn't start at QB Im pretty excited about this year and next year.
