Football Practice Sched?

Post by Falconboy »

Does anyone know all the dates that the football team will be practicing on and roughly what times? I should get out there myself and see if I can't get an idea bout' AT and rest of the Qb's as well as the D and ST's.

Also when is that pre-season scrimmage that is open to the public that they play every year?

The scrimmage was yesterday morning and today was a kicking scrimmage. Today was the last day of camp because he decided to give them off on Sunday. During the school year they will practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30-6. Im guessin since we dont play the first weekend they will also practice on Saturday but I am not sure yet.

Why did they have the scrimmage on a weekday morning? They usually are always on Sat's at like noon or 1pm.

I believe last year they had the scrimmage at the same time as their practice time too, but this year they practiced in the mornings everyday instead of the afternoons.

That's one I can't figure out. Last year they all came out and we had a nice autograph session. They went in got dressed and had practice along with the scrimmage. Then ate afterwards. It was a great day and alot of fans turned out. Why not have that again this year?

Doesn't make sense to me. It all happened along the same lines as this fall sports kickoff event, because a number of other coaches were there to speak. I know my family really enjoyed it. Corey's grandparents were there from both sides of his family along with his uncles and cousins. Even tho Corey didn't participate in it last year.

They should keep that as a tradition.

I'm guessing that the heat caused them to practice earlier.
