I had to fix the poll. It left off the the BG wins option the first time I posted it. Sorry about that.

MSU will win, but it won't be more than 18 points, I can be pretty sure about that one.

Agreed, and even if we WIN you wouldn't be out any money betting that way!

MSU wins...although it would be great if we did...I'll bet we'd be the first MAC schol to beat Big 10 football teams on consecutive weekends though.

MSU looks like they're already in mid-season form. We're going to have to do something to take them out of rhythm to have a shot. It's going to take a much better defensive performance for us to do that.
I voted for MSU winning, but not covering the spread. I wouldn't say it's a money pick though.

I'm not touching this game. I was happy with what I saw from Sheehan on Saturday, but I'll need to see it more than once before I start believing it's going to be the norm. If Sheehan plays like he did Saturday, We have a chance for another upset. I don't think we'll even have to worry about getting a big lead and throttling back though. We have to show we can stop a power running game, because that's what we're going to see on Saturday.

but wouldn't that mean there season would be ready to fall apart, that always seems to happen in mid-season for them

You never know, Michigan is in post-season form already. Maybe MSU will bloom early.

MSU played a very overmatched team on Saturday. I truly see a very competitive game with BGSU on Saturday. I am very nervous. Many of the national analysts have picked us under Minny in the Big Ten so beating us on Saturday wouldn't surprise them. I think we definately can win the game, but it will require us to play very well to do so.

BG can win this game but our D needs to get off the field quickly. If we don't wrap up and tackle, those extra yards are gonna wear us down in a hurry. I want to see our running game pick up the pace as well...control the clock somewhat to keep our D fresh.
Going up against 2 Big Ten teams in a row is tough business...we did it to the Big 12 back in 02 (Missouri and Kansas) so who knows? But the physical beating our D line will take may be too much 2 weeks in a row...then again, maybe not.
All I know is BG has a shot to win. I do feel MSU, from what I saw of them Sat, looks more talented than MN. Although that could be hard to judge based on how poor UAB looked. They only had 8 starters back this year from a 3-9 team and a new HC. MSU ran all over them.
GO BG!

Some interesting research to be done there. I know we've (MAC) had back to back BCS wins before but Big Howevermany- good question. Errr, statement.
