Offensive Line in 4th Qtr.......

I've never seen our O-line seem so tired before ever, even when playing B10 or other BCS competition. That scares me more than anything right now. I was never really high on the very undersized Curtis at RG as it appeared that MSU's rush came on very strong from the right side. I hope this is just an abberation.
Although we did okay through the air , I'm still disappointed in our run game.Geter did look pretty good on a few occasions but thats it. No Bullock anywhere for most of the game. I don't know why we arn't using split backs more often either with our depth at RB.

I can't say this enough if they don't start mixing up the calls we will be in some trouble.

Sheehan needs more experience. First 2 starts against Big 10 schools. Even the Big Ten starts with DI-AA and smaller conferences. The playcalling reflects the personnel and the personnel are green. This is a great start for a new QB - 1-1 vs. the Big 10.

Why is everyone so happy just because we beat Minnesota, they are not a good football team. I don't know if I could be ready to crown this team against the weak, slow defenses we have went against. I could see about getting excited about beating the Big Ten if beat a top 5 team, but lets face it when other MAC teams are close to beating them THEY MUST STINK. We beat the worst team in the Big, Minnesota and lost to a MSU team that will be on the outside looking in on the Big Ten race. I'm not buying anything yet until we beat some quality teams.

I was impressed with our team in both games. IMO the offensive line cost us a win today. Which is surprising considering they are supposed to be the strongest point on our team!

I'll buy that Minny isn't a real quality football team , but beating any B10 team still is nothing to sneeze at. I wouldn't be so ready to count out MSU in the B10 race yet. They are very fast and physical. MSU looks better than last year by a good margin but I guess we'll see when MSU starts their B10 sched.

The OL was flat out terrible the entire second half. They dropped 7 or 8 into coverage and were consistently getting pressure. You cannot play that way.
The best way to beat that drop so many? RUN THE FREAKING ball. We looked like Hawaii completely saying screw the run game...
A good effort, but we need to at least try to run the ball some.

UAB is beating FLORIDA STATE. Yeah that's the same UAB team that was down 42-0 at half to Michigan State.

As a Bear's fan this interview held a special place in my heart. I shall quote it to my grandchildren.
