Yowza! 73-21 for Kansas? Maybe that would get Amstutz canned.

Do we really want Fat-stutz gone?? He's such an easy target!!! The only good thing about the team up north is how fun it is to make fun of that fat slob...I hope he never gets a gastric bypass!

Considering Amstutz is 4-2 vs BG, I'd like to see him gone. :x Then UT can hire Tim Rose as the HC.

73-21....I really hope that doesn't happen cuz Kansas ain't THAT good! They beat CMU 52-7...the MAC champ from 2006. Doesn't look good when that happens.

Man...the rockette faithful sure do turn on their boys quickly...not that we don't hit the exits pretty fast around here when things go sour.

Some of us watch each game with one foot out the door already.. :-)

I'm pretty sure Toledo Tom is locked into a contact through 2012 or some obscene year. I highly doubt UT would have the resources to fire him if need be.

With that said, I'd love if Amstutz was fired so BG could actually win a game against them. He's had our number for quite a few years as Freak said.

If Amstuck "had BG's number," we'd be winless against him. Hardly the case. I remember a couple of games where we never made the adjustments, or let the clock run out before halftime instead of extending our lead. That wasn't a genius we were playing against but a fat guy who ate candy bars while being interviewed on TV.

What coach wouldn't know enough to run the ball against our defenses the last few years? But not this year!

I agree. Tom's a good coach, but we've pissed down our leg more than he's beat us.

Cork...you and the rest of the guys are selling Amstutz short. He isn't a fat guy who ate candy bars on TV. He's a REALLY fat guy whole ate candy bars on TV.

Let's give the devil his due...

There is validity in that statement. In 2002, it was Urban who had a 24-14 halftime lead and lost 42-24. In 2004, awwwwww sh*t....why bring it up?

Bottom line is Tom is 4-2 vs BG....soon to be 4-3.

The Rocket faithful, and we are legion, have never forgiven Tom entirely for keeping Bolden out of the BG game his first year to rest him for the following game. You might keep your QB out for another game, but not the BG game. there was a lot of talk about his not lasting because he didn't take the BG game seriously enough. This owuld also explain his only being 4-2 against BG. Just unacceptable. ;-)
