He's led quite the life already, huh? I'm just sad that we've only got two years to learn to spell his name.

What does Russia have to do with anything?

Anyway, my brother-in-law worked with him over the summer and said he is really a nice guy. Also, you could tell that the non-travel players really like him too judging their reaction to him at BW's during the Minnesota game.

He's definitely one of my favorite players this year. That kick against Minnesota was CLUTCH!

Russia, Bosnia, meh, it's one of those slavic countries.

Really I was just looking for any opportunity to bust out a Yakov Smirnoff-ism.

Sinisa seems like a cool guy. I bet he has lots of stories.

Oh, and nice jab at Ellis and Timchenko.

I noticed that too and this time it wasn't GB doing the jabbing.

Maybe because its the truth, that many of you fail to see...With all do respect, those 2 just were just not as Vrvilo is. I dont see why everyone points that out all the time...who cares, people can blame it on coaches or the kicking formation all they want, but I saw Ellis kick in practice and shank them when nobody was even rushing him...he just wasnt nearly as consistent...why does it matter that someone states we have a more reliable kicker this year?

I was just pointing out that coach B didn't make the statement this time.

What would be more dangerous: returning to Bosnia or kicking behind the protection unit we had last year?

Maybe Ellis and Rojas weren't everything they were cracked up to be? I wasn't there day to day, behind the scenes. But Vrvilo and Iovinelli look much better than those two and, as hammb pointed out correctly, we were sold on them stepping right in and being All MAC. I was guilty of that thinking more than anyone. The BiG difference is Vrvilo and Ionivelli have collegiate experience...and it shows. The improved blocking formations have helped as well.
