I knew this would eventually happen and teams would figure out Sheehan and this offense is one deminsional. So now I want TOLD YA SO; they should start giving AT a chance.

1) He has the most experience and I know he learned from last season and last spring

2) You cant just back up into pass coverage against him he will eat you up running the ball.

3) Enyone can throw 5-15 yard passes, so why not just try it out.

BRING IN AT IF YOU WANT UR JOB GB!

AT coming in twice a game and running for a few yards is the best you're going to get. There is no way he can be effective the whole game. He is not an accurate passer, not even 5-15 yards. The right qb is playing but I think we were all a little spoiled after seeing his first few games. Tyler has lost some confidence. He needs to get that back quickly.

Tyler has been exposed he looked dumbfounded yesterday when they just sat back waiting for him to throw the ball. All I can say is RUN you had a huge hole in the pocket! AT can throw 5-15 yards. The one pass Sheehan was rolling out throwing the ball into the endzone was incomplete badly :x AT threw that ball twice for a TD against Toledo and with zip on the ball. Plus he takes better care of the ball than Sheehan, because Sheehan already has more picks that AT had all last year!

I like AT and I like Sheehan, but I really like what Glaude brings to the table.

Glaud will be a good QB but he has no experience. In college experience is everything.

AT is not a good QB. We should either run the same scheme and series of play calls that we do with Glaud, when Sheehan is the game OR just flat out play Glaud and continue running that type of offense.

My point is not about the QB but about the types of plays we are running. Either way AT should not be the QB. Find somewhere else for him to play!

Explain your reasoning, I wan't to now why you think AT can't be QB. What does Glaud have that AT doesnt?

The ability to throw a football and hit his receiver that is more than 7 yards away. There is a reason AT is now the third string QB.

Well I've seen Glaud throw two pretty dumb throws into coverage, Sheehan looks like he is trying to solve a math equation when looking for a open player. They wouldn't have recruited AT if he couldn't complete a 7 yard pass. That is the dumbest excuse I ever heard.

As I've said before I'd much rather TS be our QB with a balanced Offense, but I'd be willing to give up TS for AG, if it meant the staff would be completely willing to go to a much more balanced attack...

Reasons I like Glaud over Turner

1. Glaud has never gotten suspended.

2. Glaud has never led this team to a 4-8 record.

3. Glaud has never played so inconsistently that he HAD to be benched multiple times in a game.

4. Glaud has never double hopped a 1 yard swing pass.

5. Glaud is a freshman, he has more potential aka upside.

6. Glaud has never had a run for a sure fire 1st down, but instead selfishly tried to get more and ended up short.

7. The coaching staff has a lot more confidence in Glaud.

8. The coaching staff is willing to run a wide open offense with Glaud as opposed to QB keeper.

9. Glaud threw a deep ball right on the money to Freddie Barnes.

10. Glaud hasn't had his chance, AT has had multiple "second" chances.

After BG loses to Kent, I say platoon Glaud and Sheehan the rest of the way. Build to 08. Terrible to do to the seniors, but two losses this year in the East is the kiss of death.

Let's see which one wants it more.

AT also never threw the ball last year. The amount of picks directly relates to Sheehan making about a billion more attempts than Turner. Turner can't throw. It was painfully obvious to even the most lamen of football fans; i.e. the girls in the band knew he couldn't throw.

How many TD passes did AT have last year, how many does Sheehan have this year??

The problem isn't with any of the three QB's anyway. As I alluded to earlier today, it wouldn't matter if Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Michael Vick, Josh Harris, or Omar Jacobs were at the helm yesterday. Otto Graham couldn't even have made the Falcons look good yesterday.

NO
AT SUcKS!
if we are going to just run the pass plays...all 4 of them with no run then TS is not our guy either
A.G
and bring in the runing game...400 yards with no points is not very productive...

it will get worked out, we have good players...just some bizaro land game plan.

First off zeket, get off ATs jock man...as I have mentioned multiple times I am a huge AT fan, but you are clearly making rediculous statements. AT is an amazing athlete and they will need to find a way to get him on the field, but he is not our best option at QB anymore.

Yes, Tyler has had 2 horrendous games and seems to have his confidence down a lil bit. His shoulder is also maybe bothering him a little still. Either way, it doesnt give an excuse for how late he was making his reads last game. He would wait like 10 seconds then throw a bubble pass. Those kinds of passes are supposed to be quick passes, not passes where the defense has a lifetime to pick up on. I still have confidence that he can bounce back from this. If anything Glaud deserves a chance before AT now. He has proven he can run the offense effectively and just needs some experience. If dont think we will do that though until our season is already down the tubes.

I know this loss hurts everyone that is a Falcon fan, but lets not get to worked up about it yet. Lets see how we bounce back and play against adversity. This next week will show a lot bout this team. Crazy things happen in the MAC EVERY YEAR!!!! We are not out of anything yet...we have a good football team, we all know we do.

The defense struggled yesterday, but do you realize how often they were on the field? Our longest drive was 9 plays I believe and that was the first touchdown we scored. I think we had less then 60 (or somewhere around there) offensive plays called. No defense is gonna be able to go out there and play well when they are that tired out. We played decently against a good MSU running game, we know we have the guys that can win a MAC championship. I agree that the coaches are to blame and need to figure something out very fast...but dont give up hope on this team, they are hurtin just as bad as any of you, they need the support of their fans right now!!! LETS GOOO!
