Meet Eugene Jarvis. He's just 5 foot 5, a buck seventy -- but he's making opposing defenses miserable every chance he gets.

How many yards will he rush for Saturday?

I say 190.

What say you?

I'll definitely take the over. He averaged over 5 ypc against the Buckeyes. If our defense plays anything like they did last week he could average over 10 ypc.

I'll say 210. The ghost of Chester Taylor lives.

IIRC, we offered that kid and pulled it...as did everyone else (maybe academics?)...and he wound up at Kent initially as a preferred walk on.
Looks like he's turned ito a very dangerous back...Garret Wolfe part deaux?

UNder. Evidently tweaks a hamstring on his way to the stadium on game day, misses game, to discover his hamstring was fine all long. Everyone wins. Except Kent State.

He will run for his weight. That is not to say, another back may also go over 100 :(

As one of the eternal optimists, I'll say under.

But he can rush for 500 yards for all I care as long as BG wins the game.

The brief Googling I didn't show much, other than we were interested (along with a few other MAC schools, Pitt and WVU), and that before he picked a school, he was an academic question, afterwards, and now that he's running for 150 a game, it all was because of his size... revisionist history is awesome stuff.

Yeah, they can have more yards, control the clock and win the turnover battle as long as BG has more points!

He obviously did not fit our system. We do not recruit RBs that don't fit our system. Oh wait, sorry Mr. Bullock. I didn't see you sitting over there on the bench.
