We finally get a running game going with Geter going for over 200+ rushing and at least 50yrds rec. A huge 49 yd FG by Virvila helps to secure the victory. My only question , why didn't we see this in weeks past? Banged up D-line made several gutsy goal line stands as well. Its amazing what a running game will do for ya, TS was still shaky most of the time but the run was what we needed. If we don't run the ball today we lose pure and simple. Now, lets go get Bobkitties next week and DLP.

Well, Brandon stayed true to his word about passing a million times a game until it no longer was effective.

It wasn't, and we went back to the running game and got a career game from a lightning fast running back. Once the line gets used to consistent run blocking again after 6 games of staying on their heels in pass protection, it should only get better.

Why is there more talk about Temple on our football thread? Weird.

Because people kept saying we should have blown them out because we were a 22 point favorite that week when in reality they are a pretty decent football team with 3 MAC wins and a 5 point loss to 6-1 Connecticut. Their win today against Miami helps BG big time.
