The Offense

Post by zeket10 »

Whats the matter with Sheehan and this improved offense? I don't see much difference between this year and last at this point. It doesn't matter what your stats look like it's all about the W's. Could Brandan and McCall picked the wrong QB for this system?

Sheehan still has not impressed me. He made 1 nice throw tonight and that was about it. He missed Partridge twice tonight wide open.

For the offense we are now running we need a QB who can run and throw. I wish we had someone like this, oh wait we do but he's to busy sending the signals in to get a snap.

That player was given the whole season last year and this whole off-season to improve. He proved that he was not the starting QB through his play.

Now, if you're talking about Glaud then that's a new discussion.

Yea, I'm sorry I was refering to Glaude. What AT is doing right now suits him perfectly.

Here's the standout offensive stat of the day for me...
Sheehan 19-41 241 yards 2 TD 1 INT. BG can't win with their QB having those numbers.

FWIW, in the post game Coach said that Sheehan has not played healthy since he was injured against WKU and is playing in a brace.

This happens to worth everything!! As we talked about during the second half, TS is hurt so why not insert AG????? He did well in his mop up duty at BC and if TS is going to throw more incompletes than completions due to an injury, what do we have to lose?
Forever a Falcon!!

Just hurry up and put Glaud in so he can stink it up. Then there will be no one else but AT to play. Just to let you know I love Glauds game, and I believe he will win the job from Sheehan in 09-2010 Season. Nows not his time.

Greg Brandon if you are a smart man you will go with experience. Why throw away this season?

This season's already over, and I'd rather leave Turner in the role he's currently playing. He's effective in that role and he brings something extra to the team.

Season's over, I want to see Glaud and let Sheehan get healthy.

I'll be interested to see what offense the new coaching staff brings in next year and which QB gets the nod.

I love the role AT is playing right now. He's one of the better athletes on the team so if we can get him 10 touches a game running the ball or maybe catching a ball or 2 its perfect.

Lets be honest here that loss pretty much ends the dream of a MAC East title. Can we please see Glaude get some MEANINGFUL snaps now. This team has more questions than answers at this point. With the schedule they have left all of the sudden with Toledo playing better, Eastern playing better, Buffalo playing well, Akron could be the most winnable game left.
