Tulsa: A chance to collect on our karmic debt

I know little about Tulsa. I'm sure we will learn quite a bit more about them in the coming days.
But it should not be forgotten that Tulsa stuck it to us hard by refusing to play in Doyt Perry Stadium in 1990.
We had a home and home set up with Tulsa. The Golden Hurricane smacked us pretty hard in the first game, 45-10 in Tulsa.
Tulsa, for whatever reason, refused to play us the next year in Bowling Green.
I wish I knew details. I don't. One thing I do know is that Bowling Green was left in enough of a scheduling lurch that we were unable to come up with a replacement game. The Falcons only played 10 games in 1990. Tulsa was supposed to have been the 11th.
They say sons should not bear the sins of their fathers.
But, in this case, I think it would be pretty sweet to make them pay for it.
