Yeah, besides that guy.transfer2BGSU wrote:What? You haven't heard about the OL thats 6-6, 320 lbs, and runs a 4.25 40? Being recruited hard by OSU, LSU, MSU, and all other ..SU's but really wants to go to BGSU.
Where have you been?
Brandon is recruiting a 6'5", 210 lb. 3-star quarterback and you're bitching? My word, the inside of your head must be a veritable zoo of crazy hare-brained thoughts.Falconboy wrote:Seriously GB come on.Sounds like would be a nice pick up if we really needed one. Just very odd, to be going after another high Qb prospect with Sheehan, Glaud and Nate Brown back next year.

It makes sense to go after a Qb like this when you expect to lose a couple o players at this position. We aren't going to be losing a Qb ,unless the much bemoaned transfer of Nate Brown is imminent.Bleeding Orange wrote:Brandon is recruiting a 6'5", 210 lb. 3-star quarterback and you're bitching? Recruiting Barnes and Sheehan when we had Omar and Turner scheduled to come back seemed to work out.Falconboy wrote:I'm not "bitching" as you put it , only raising a bewildered eyebrow.Bleeding Orange wrote:Brandon is recruiting a 6'5", 210 lb. 3-star quarterback and you're bitching? Well, wasn't Winnie a QB coming out of H.S.?Falconboy wrote:Where else is a 6'5 210lb Qb going to play at 4.8 speed?
A legit 4.8 would be pretty quick for a QB. Steroid loaded Ben Johnson ran the fastest track split ever for the 40 during his Gold Medal Olympic world record race that ended in disgrace. Ran a 4.38. If I get a QB that can run within .4 seconds of the world's all-time fastest human who had to use drugs to acheive that, I'd be ecstatic.Falconboy wrote:[Where else is a 6'5 210lb Qb going to play at 4.8 speed? h2oville, you're around here often enough to know that you can't confuse falconboy with logic, facts and statistics. All our skill position players should run 4.25 40s and all of our linemen (offense and defense) MUST come out of high school at 6-6, 350 (preferably with a 40 time of 4.5 or better). Otherwise, how could we ever hope to earn a bowl berth.h2oville rocket wrote:A legit 4.8 would be pretty quick for a QB.
