A couple more Freaks at the GMAC Bowl???

So I got a call from my mom in Largo, FL, last night. My parents have a condo there and that's where we stay during spring break. She heard from my sister ('87 BG Grad) that I was heading south for the game. My parents (both '64 BG Grads) are more than likely going to make the 7 hour drive from the Tampa area to Mobile for the game. Now, this has its advantages as my dad loves to buy meals for family members.
They had tickets to the MCB in 2003 but my grandpa on my mom's side passed away the day of the game. They couldn't go. I asked my mom if I should stay home and she said my grandpa would have wanted me to go to Detroit...so we did.
I really hope they can make it to the game...and my mom asked what I wanted for Christmas. I said "Some pictures of U.S. Grant and Andrew Jackson would be nice...maybe even a shot or two of ole Ben Franklin".
I am a happy Freak these days....

Can't get enough Falconfreaks in Mobile!
I like the photo album you describe ... I've asked Santa for the same thing!

They make such nice gifts for souveniers, programs, t shirts, game tickets...ect.

Mom and Dad Freak will be in Mobile! They bought their tickets yesterday and will be driving up on Friday, the 4th. I may even cancel my rental car since I could hitch a ride with them to Mobile. Haven't decided on that yet.
As far as shuttles...does anyone know if shuttles run from the hotels near I 65 to downtown Mobile? If I don't have to drive, I can enjoy a few more cold beverages.
This is gonna be too cool....

The last time we were in Mobile, they ran shuttle buses from nearly ALL the hotels in the area to downtown, and later to and from the stadium..only problem with the stadium thing was waiting in pouring rain for buses to come, then they were JAMMED to the HILT with fans of both teams...a fun time, but rather miserable conditions. I'm assuming they'll be doing the shuttle thing again, but Mobilebama is the guy to ask about this.
BTW, did you get my message on your cellphone? Just wanted to "warn" you about that situation..you know what I'm talking about if you got the call, if not PM me.
