Hey y'all, just an FYI, it's 75 here. Looking forward to seeing every one in less than a month!

I'm not Dick Goddard or anything, but I'll boldy predict the weather in Mobile will be better than the weather in Philly, Green and Bowling Green come January 6!Falconfreak90 wrote:Man, that sounds GREAT since I look out my window and see rain and 41.
The question is...what will it be like in 3 1/2 weeks?
Didn't you guys say that last time?1987alum wrote:I'm not Dick Goddard or anything, but I'll boldy predict the weather in Mobile will be better than the weather in Philly, Green and Bowling Green come January 6!Falconfreak90 wrote:Man, that sounds GREAT since I look out my window and see rain and 41.

Um, well ... yeah. But I guess I prefer a monsoon to a blizzard!BGDrew wrote:Didn't you guys say that last time?1987alum wrote:I'm not Dick Goddard or anything, but I'll boldy predict the weather in Mobile will be better than the weather in Philly, Green and Bowling Green come January 6!Falconfreak90 wrote:Man, that sounds GREAT since I look out my window and see rain and 41.

Didn't you guys get both the last time too?1987alum wrote:Um, well ... yeah. But I guess I prefer a monsoon to a blizzard!
Not me! We flew, so we didn't have to drive through a blizzard.BGDrew wrote:Didn't you guys get both the last time too?1987alum wrote:Um, well ... yeah. But I guess I prefer a monsoon to a blizzard!
We flew out of New Orleans. We were delayed for a few hours before boarding (and hung out with transfer2BGSU and the Eastern University women's basketball team), but once we got on the plane, it was smooth! We arrived at the Philly airport to find out the US Airways baggage handlers had all called in sick. But as luck would have it, our bags showed up right away. We grabbed them, walked right to the train and were home before we knew it!factman wrote:I know at least one person that flew, that left Mobile the same time as we did, to drive to the airport and we beat him home and we were DRIVING! He had several delays at airports due to palnes being backed up and then when he got to Dayton, he was completely snowed in the parking lot and had to shovel his way out with part of a broken sign!
The Falcon Marching Band got both!! Took us almost 24 hours to drive back from Mobile to BG. The first half we needed boats, the other half we needed snowmobiles!! In any case, we're flying this year (just so we don't have to go through that again).BGDrew wrote:Didn't you guys get both the last time too?1987alum wrote:Um, well ... yeah.
