INJURIES: Brandon said linebacker John Haneline (foot) and safety Jerett Sanderson (deep thigh bruise) would not be available for the game. Freshman Glen Stanley has played well in Haneline’s spot and P.J. Mahone has made the most of his opportunity to play full-time at safety. Stanley has 44 tackles and Mahone has seven interceptions and 80 tackles. Wide receiver Corey Partridge (broken thumb) could be ready to play. The entire Falcon roster of 109 players will go to the bowl game and all those who are healthy will dress for the contest, Brandon said.

Two thoughts:
1) I'll wait for a more reliable source to post here about CP.
2) It's cool that all players will go to the bowl game.

Its not looking good at this point, but there is still time. He is going to have to make some significant progress in the next 10 days. He is preparing himself for the disappointment of not playing.

I see that Ransom's name is not on the list, will he be in the backfield with Geter, AT, Macon, and Bullock? Four quality players in the backfield each with a different style of play should be interesting.

Ransom tore his ACL. He will be lucky to be playing next fall.

If he were a horse they wouldn't think of trying to run him again. They would have already put him out to stud.
I'll bet he wishes he was a horse.

This reminds me of a classic/corny joke:
"Q: What do you call a football player that can't get laid?
A: A kicker"
(waits for the Suisham jokes)

Suisham's wife is seriously gorgeous.
The joke is still somewhat funny.

I thought the answer was a Toledo Rocket. Oh, wait a minute, you said "laid," I thought you said "paid." Never mind then.

Starting to hear about academic casualties down here from Florida State and Clemson. . . any of these to report for the Falcons?
