Hi falcon fans,

I've been around the site, and I thought you current and alumni BG students and fans would like to see a video I made of the falcon football team this year. I was only able to shoot 3 games (1 away game at Miami), and I made a 1min promo. I took it to the athletics dept and they loved it enough to put it up on the official site (by searching this site, I see it's not uncommon for them to put up fan based art like pics/video).

The video has also had the privilege of playing on the big screen Jumbotron just before the team runs out on the field to the song, "Welcome to the Jungle" and the FMB.

I wanted to know what you guys think, and to gather ideas on what you guys want to see in a video.

Ah yeah, I was wondering if someone had linked to the official site at some point. For some reason though, the video ran choppy on the net to me...I don't know if it did to others. That youtube version is less choppy and a *little* more quality

Just sneaking my fix before the household youth department wakes up and moves into mayhem mode. I was not aware of this promo. Really neat, screammachineman. I think I will go check it again. And again. Those brown jerseys have to be the best call of the season!

You probably weren't aware of the promo because the promo didn't get any TV time, just webspace. I'm looking at making some really ambitious and cool promos for next season, since I didn't start shooting until the OU game.

I'm looking at sticking with the epic feel of falcon football, it's had good reviews so far! I'd love to imitate a falcon flying over campus by getting into an aircraft and then flying over the stadium...

Anyone fly?

Sounds cool, but for the love of God, just make sure it's done better than the UT game intro, although I'm sure it would be. I think it's supposed to simulate a rocket flying through the campus (and unfortunately it doesn't hit anything.) That thing is almost painful to watch.

Is there a video somewhere of the UT intro so I know to avoid imitating it?

Not that I know of, which may be a good thing.
Don't worry though, having seen your other video, I'm sure yours will be fine.
