This is the MAC Champions?

Purdue has 24-6 lead just into the second quarter. Just how bad is the MAC this year? MAC Champs getting dusted by the 8th-place Big Ten team tonight.

I didn't expect the Chips defense to stop the Boilermakers, but I thought they'd at least move the ball on the Purdue defense. LeFevour and their passing game look horrible.

Falcons may be he MAC only chance for a bowl victory this year

Central seems to play pretty well against MAC teams, but they get whacked pretty bad by non-conference teams. Blown out by Purdue the first time and ugly scores against Clemson and North Dakota State earlier in the year. I think Purdue was less than a 10-point favorite. That had to be the easiest pick of the bowl season.

And as I rip on the Chips, they throw a bomb for 6.

This game is getting very intersting. Could be 65-64 when it's all over.

Will Central Mich ever have a coach stay for more than a few years. I would be pissed if I were a Central Mich student or alum. Haven't they had a lot of turnover lately??

By the way, when I was at Bama, I had 4 head coaches (Mike Dubose, Dennis Franchione, Mike Price and Mike Shula) so I can understand their frustration

Looks like Purdue has found that Lefevour is vulnerable to the blitz

Dang, if only CMU had a defense. I think I saw that Ball St. plays Rugters on Sat. I wonder if BSU has a chance in that one.

I'd say the MAC has been represented pretty well tonight.

CMU has to stop them to get the ball back. Purdue first and ten around their own 25. 3 minutes to go. They had them on their own one yard line too.
