Heck yeah I'll be in Mobile...again! I'll be bringing "decorations" for Pat's and tailgating at Ladd-Peebles (look for the flags!)

If those patches are available I'll get you the money at Pat's and a beer or two!!

In bowl games I've been to in the past they usually have merchandise for sale at the venue.

I just left the hotel and the team won't check in until tomorrow. I guess they are staying in 2 places. There wasn't any thing to buy and the guy at the front desk didn't know any thing about it. Maybe they will put out some stuff later. You can buy stuff at the stadium. I'll call the GMAC office today and see where I can pick up some patches.

I read on BG website that there will be a "BG Bowl HQ" room at the team hotel, probably won't be set up until the team checks in.

Wonder if they are staying in different hotels to keep costs down? Seems like a logistical headache to move the couple hundred people like that, but who knows!

Depending on where they're practicing, it might be *more* of a logistical nightmare to try to haul 100+ folks back and forth across town for the week. Yesterday's update on BGSUfalcons.com said something about practicing at a local HS.

When we were there the last time, they HAD BG stuff in the "Official" team hotel, which is also where we stayed.... choices of two different caps, and three different t-shirts IIRC. Never did see the patches that '87 referred to previously, though I wish I had one.

These damn patches are like my Holy Grail!

Last time the patches were sold inside the stadium during the game. At least that's were I bought mine.
