Until Brandon is gone, my buck stops here

I've wasted enough money on this team. I refuse to spend another penny supporting this team until Brandon is gone. Hopefully, I am not the only one. We need to show the University that we will not tolerate mediocrity any longer! Any talk of a contract extension should surely be muted!!

Man, I thought I was pissed! Well, there's always next year ...oh yeah, that's the bad thing to worry about.

Stop donating if you must, but don't stop going to games. That won't help anything.

You'll find few takers for the proposition that 8-4 with a division championship is mediocrefor a MAC team.

I hope there's some sort of extenuating circumstance involved with this game about which we don't know. SOMETHING, anything, to explain the performance.

I'll wait for the folks who are down there to get back and share their thoughts, but it's obviously not a good situation.

Would it have been better to not get a bowl bid? What's worse, no bowl or a 56-7 shellacking on national TV?

I know your pissed but take a deep breath and calm down.

ONCE again, as I pointed out on another thread...

OSU got ripped last year..regrouped, went on a mission and got back in the title game. There is no reason that BG couldn't do the same and win a MAC title.

Why be so negative over a game and give up forever as you imply? You are a bandwagon fan.

I've been wondering the same thing. Not sure at this point. The extra practices were the biggest plus, and I'm pretty sure that we just played XBOX during our alloted practice time.

The coaches and team should publish a public apology to all of those poor soles that made the trip and spent big bucks to be at that debacle. The only people that took that game seriously were the fans!

I think he should apologize to more than just the shoes.

Agreed, besides the experience of Mobile the fans were quite frankly ripped off in this situation. I have a feeling many fans are going to remember this game before purchasing tickets next season. What was accomplished this season was quickly destroyed.

Worse yet.....think BG had a hard time selling Bowl tickets this year? Think about the next time fans are asked to dig deep for something like this.

Look, I know that we are all disappointed about tonight's game. There isn't one of us here that honestly thought Tulsa would score 63 points and the Falcons would not get an offensive touchdown. However, this game was not entirely lost on coaching. When you lose the ball 4 times and give up 28 points because of it, your confidence is gone. Then you play uptight, and that is when the mistakes (timing, bad decisions, etc.) begin to happen. Don't give up on our university because they lost tonight. This team went from 4-8 to 8-5, got a share of the East Division, defeated a Big Ten team on the road, and dominated Toledo from start to finish. Unfortunately, this is a hard way for the players and coaches to end the season, but trust me, a lot of good will come from this next season. Like the Buckeyes, they will be on a mission next season, win the East outright, defeat whoever they play in the MAC title game, and get a big win on the road at Toledo. And u]when[/u] they get to their bowl game next season, they won't forget about what happened tonight, and Bowling Green will defeat whoever they play.

As for tonight, it was as bad as it could get. The Falcons will be back next season though, you can count on it.

I don't know what you are coaching "Coach," but when things start going bad is exactly when you find out what kind of coach you have. Can he keep it together, can he make the adjustments to stop the bleeding, does he and the team learn from the experience? Brandon gets a resounding know on all of these. This has happened way too often under Brandon to simply blame the players for underperforming. The fish rots from the head!

That is just f**king hilarious.

This place is a disaster, as expected. Do any of you have a beer I can bum? I thought I was done drinking an hour ago. I want a do-over.
