Good to see. He had a great preseason. He should have made the active roster then. Good luck to Charles and Scott this weekend.

Chuckie is the man. His play during the preseason should have earned him a playing spot somewhere in the NFL.

You can only be on the practice squad for two years. I believe he'll have to stay with the Jags out of camp next year or they'll have to cut him. I don't believe he can go on anyone else's practice squad either. So if he is still in the league next year, he'll have to be on someone's roster.

I think the same goes for PJ Pope as well.

You are correct. You are only eligible for 2 full years of the practice squad.

With PJ's injuries I'm not sure how it would play out for him, but in Chuck's case he'll need to make the Active Roster next year. Same goes for Steve Sanders in Cleveland.

Well, Sharon might look better to Jacksonville now, certainly after Northcutt sucked balls against NE last night. He's still the same crappy receiver he was with the Browns.

Wow, i've never seen that photo before. That really makes me appreciate what a great catch that was, nor how loud a screamed running up and down the hall of my freshman dorm :)

Yep. As I said last night, "Never throw the ball to Dennis Northcutt on 3rd down in the playoffs!"

FWIW, I read a blurb on the Browns insider that Steve Sanders has apparently declined his invite back to Browns camp. He wants to talk with other teams and find someplace else to tryout. Personally, I think that's a good choice for him. All of his reviews in camp have been glowing for the past few years, but he just cannot crack that roster. With Edwards, Jurevicius, and Cribbs locked in for the foreseeable future he'll have better luck latching on elsewhere. Personally, I would've liked to see him get a better look though, because after those 3 the Browns have NOTHING at WR.

I think Carter and the Oregon Draft Pick from a few years ago, arent going anywhere. I could be wrong, I am a bengals fan and dont follow the stains much.

Scott Mruczkowski just got some quick face time on the Colts-Chargers broadcast.
