Don't remember how much we had confirmed on the ABC schedule for Sept. 4, but ESPN.com has it here:
http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/tvlist ... broadcasts
Miami(OH)/Michigan is also a noon start, so some major strings would likely need to be pulled for BG to air in Toledo, I'd think.
They say that link will have links to regional coverage maps in the future, too, which will clear alot of guesswork up.

Yeah, it doesn't look good for the game to be on ABC in Cleveland either. The thing that has me worried a bit is that ESPN hasn't posted any information for College Gameplan yet and no one has pricing information for it. Last year, July 11th was the cut-off for "earlybird" registration. Now July is wrapping up and the season is approaching rapidly and nothing.
I got Gameplan last year because my girlfriend is from SC and is a huge Gamecock fan, so it let us watch 4-5 Carolina games that wouldn't have been shown up here. The BGSU-tOSU game was also carried on it, but I couldn't miss actually going to the game. So hopefully they put the pricing up soon and that way there is no way I'll miss seeing the BG-OU game.

Like what has been posted before, I too hope that the BG/OU game will be shown atleast on our new scoreboard at the Doyt if it's not going to be shown locally in BG. I'm certain we could muster up a pretty big crowd at the Doyt if they show it there.

I hope it's on TV in the Dayton area.

By all rights, Dayton should probably air Michigan-Miami.
It's the loss of the Toledo and Cleveland markets that has me screaming like a raped ape.

Maybe there is some hope for Cleveland. There are quite a few Falcons out this way, but Toledo probably a lost cause as far as being on ABC. Like others have said, a channel 5 might pick up the game...I just can't imagine it not being aried at all in its own frickin' home market.

I can see why Miami/Michigan would get the coverage....
I have a dish so I can get the Gameplan broadcast...and I don't mind paying for it either.
If channel 5 in Cleveland picks it up, even better. Seems someone, somewhere should have this game on. NE Ohio has a ton of Falcon grads and Channel 5's website has college teams listed on their sports page...OSU, Kent, Akron, CSU and BG all have their own links.
GO FALCONS!!!! BEAT THE SOONERS!!

Dish doesn't have the pricing listed for Gameplan yet either though, do they? I know ESPN and DirecTV have nothing on it yet.

Welcome to the site, BTW! Good to have another NE Ohio Falcon in the mix.
I believe the price will be around $14.99 for the game. I'm not positive but that's what I've seen in the past.
6 weeks....6 weeks!

Would it do any good to contact the station in Cleveland - or is all that determined by the national network?

Good idea. I e-mailed them a little bit ago and I'll keep poking them until I get a response. My gut feeling is that they might not even know till about a week before the game.

Has there been any word on the rumor of showing the game on the video board at the Doyt?
