Marshall and Miami also with bids but no NIU. :shrug:
NIU scenario..

If NIU goes to the MAC Championship game and loses, they just may not get a bowl. They would then have a 4 loss record. We WILL have a 2 loss record. Toledo WILL have a 4 loss record, but will have beaten NIU. Miama WILL win the East (because we WILL beat Marshall). The league would look like this...
BG 9-2
Miami 9-3
NIU 8-4
Toledo 7-4 (with win over NIU)
Marshall 6-5 (No way will this team get a bowl)
I think if there are 4 bowls for MAC teams, NIU is in over Marshall, regardless. No 6-5 MAC team is going to a bowl. I don't see it.
NOTE: I STAND FIRM ON THE FACT THAT BG WILL BE 9-2.
