Question (Need Your Input)

Hey everyone -
Last year MAC Report Online published a stand-alone, 51-page adobe preview of the 2007 MAC Football Season. For those that may have missed it or don't remember, here is a link:

While we are still several months from football sesaon, we are in the early stages of planning and I was wondering if this would be something that you would be willing to pay a nominal amount for, such as say $5.95. This would be really just to cover our costs.
Your feedback is important. Thanks.

If it contained nude cheerleader pictures, I'd consider it. Female preferred, but male pics are ok just for curiosity's sake.

Gotta disagree. Keep out the sausage.
Female only nudie cheerleader pics and I'd pay up to and including $9.95 for it.
w/o the images, probably not. There's just so much info available on the web nowadays, I cannot see myself paying for something like this.

Nobody asked, but I'm an MBA Internet geek, so I just can't help myself ... would there be a better way to monetize this effort? Would one sponsorship create the revenue necessary to make it free? Would make it online-only with Google adwords or other advertising be more profitable? If you've thought through all this and found a fee-based PDF to be the best option, I apologize in advance. I see our newspapers struggling with this sort of concept regularly, so I'm also intrigued to see how others are thinking through it.
TIA!

Not even curious, huh? I can't help but wonder.

I goofed when I posted the link. This should work:
http://macreportonline.com/old/2007_MAC ... review.pdf
The site would remain free, just this one premium item. Considering that most preview mags cost $10 or more now and you get outdated, poorly reserached and minimal info on the MAC, I think this would be a reasonable sum.
But that's just me.
Will work on the nudie cheerleader pics though. 8)

Don't apologize. Good questions. We use Google AdSense pn the website and it helps a bit. That would be an option to consider as well for the piece. We are really looking at all option at this point but one thing that will stay the same is that the website will remain free.

If it was made into a magazine and contained pics like one of the mainstream preview guides, I'd be willing to pay for a copy. It makes great bathroom reading material and frankly I enjoy reading your stuff much more than what other sources have to say about the MAC. Is this even an option or will it still be an online link?
