Last year I was wrong about my season predictions, so I hope this year
also emulates last years selections. Last year, I predicted 4-8, and I was wrong. Now ther choiices.
1. Pitt-They came on strong lasy year and they won't take us lightly.
Losses to both OU and Toledo will have them hungry for this game.
This could get ugly. 0-1
2. Minnesota-They beat us this year. I hope I am wrong. Many
people say they will be much improved. 0-2
3. Boise State-This could get ugly. 0-3.
4. Wyoming-They are not a bad team. I figure another loss. 0-4.
5. Eastern Michigan-Win -1-4.
6. Akron-Loss 1-5.
7. Maiami-Win 2-5
8. Northern Illinois-Their new coach is good. 2-6.
9. Kent State-win 3-6
10. Buffalo-tough game, but we win 4-6.
11. Toledo-win 5-6.
What do you all think? I hope I am wrong.

I'm sticking to 8-4 or 9-3 overall, 6-2 MAC.

8-4 sounds pretty good to me. It leaves latitude for one of those "but, but, ...how?" clangers without which college football would be too boringly predictable.
9-3 does sound pretty sexy, though.

I realize you hope you're wrong, but let me see if I understand this. We go 0-4 OOC, lost to NIU, but win in the glass bowl??!?

13-0 would include ending the longest home-wins-streaks as well as beating turdledo in the glASS bowl and minnesota on our own turf, that would all make for a very amazing year. Plus it would include a MAC Championship as well, so wouldn't that be 14-0 with the bowl win??

Yes, I like it. gl
ASS bowl. How about Gl
AZZ Bowl? That sounds pretty marketable. Glazz Bowl. How about "Doyt 2"?

I predict that hammb and warthog will heavily criticize Gregg Brandon....I predict that Freak and I will defend him. At some point, I will label hammb and warthog as "insane"....but I'll include a smiley emoticon to leave open the possibilty that I'm kidding....
See how that works?

As I said in the other thread (how many do we need to have for predictions before spring practice even concludes?) three wins and nine losses.
One win WILL be in the glAZZ bowl. We have already had this discussion.

I agree with the poster on this one! This is our problem! We only want to hear rosie things about our BGSU team, but never want to face up to the holes we have! I love my BGSU team, but man, we're a pretty bad team! That really showed after Tulsa.
