Peanut butter Cookie Cups Recipe: 1c shortening, 1c sugar, 1c brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1tea vanilla, 1c peanut butter, 2c flour, 2 tea baking soda and a pinch of salt. Cream shortening, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter. Put dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Make one big ball of dough; then make little balls less than inch in diameter. Line mini-muffin trays with 1 5/8 in. size baking cups. In each baking cup, place cookie dough balls. Take mini reese's cup candy (remove wrapper!) and press candy into dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes; remove from oven and let cool.
