What do I do with this shirt??

So I now am the not so proud owner of a "beat the herd, fear the bird" bowling green shirt. It's kinda peachy orange and it will do me no good now. You see, since Marshall is going to the CUSA, why the hell would i ever need a "beat the herd shirt".

Good promotional idea...bad execution. A "beat the herd" shirt is dumb when they give it to you as you walk in the game. If you see the players, they have a "beat CMU" shirt or whatever, on the whole week leading up to the game. That helps build the spirit.

Why didn't they just give out a BG football shirt...period. Not a team specific one.

Anyone have thoughts on what I can do with this peachy rag??

I'll take it.

Seriously, I will take it, perhaps offer a six pack of beer or something as well.

I love my shirt. Yeah, the color is a bit odd, but I love the fact that it is long sleeve and most of all...FREE.

Just think of the BEAT THE HERD as being in the past tense, like on a checklist of things done.

1) Beat Marshall...Check.
2) Beat Toledo.

In all actuality...i'm going to give it to a new member in my Fraternity. Some of them, believe it or not, show up to football games wearing blue and yellow....yuck!

Thanks for the advice, I more or less was commenting on a single game related tee shirt, as opposed to just a BG football shirt.
