Cole will be working with Urban in an unpaid capacity this fall. It also sounds like he has found a solid AFL home in Grand Rapids.

Definitely a good opportunity, but underpaid? How much does Meyer get paid?

I think Meyer is over $2 Mill per season. Cole sounds like he is in a "graduate assistant" type role.
