Scheduling rumor...

Heard at an alumni event this afternoon in Indy that BG has signed a home-and-home with Indiana for sometime in the next 3-4 years. That would be another good get, especially if IU continues to build on their success.

TG,

I can't remember when I heard this but Maryland is supposedly on it's way to BG in the near future as well. I give teams like this credit for going to MAC stadiums...

Indiana is a nice get to come here...I'd like to venture over to Bloomington when we play there.

Less than 42......

Maryland or IU would be a huge get, but when would they come? I believe 2009 OOC is filled already?

9-3 Troy
9-12 @ Missouri
9-26 @ Marshall
10-3 Wyoming

and 2010 only has 1 spot open?

9-11 WKU
9-18 Marshall
11-13 @ Troy

I think Mr. Christopher mentioned both of these possible match-ups in an Ask the AD from a while, can't remember if was for sure IU and Maryland, but I thought it was

Well, as we know, all that is worth less than the paper it is written on.

I heard the info as I was leaving, but anything from 2009 (obviously possibly ruled out) to 2012 was a possibility from what my third-hand source told me.

I just hope the (potential) game at Bloomington isn't Labor Day weekend. I've made that opener a bit of a traditional road trip, I'd hate to sleep in my own bed that night.

When we beat Minny this year, and when IU comes here and loses in a couple years, we will be able to say that no big ten team has ever won a game inside Doyt Perry Stadium.

Yes, but it sure will have more meaning when we can say it next year.

Toss in Navy for another team GC has talked about in ask the AD for scheduling prospects. That would be a good series.

Are you declaring victory before camp even starts?

Wow. Wait until Marquis Gray runs all over you this year.
