Where are our computer points in the BCS coming from?

From the Billingsley Report.
BG is ranked 21st and Toledo is 26th in Richard Billingsley poll. His poll is based on some derivation of strength of opponent, final score, and won-lost records of teams (before and after the game). Personally, I think his rankings look pretty good.
