Season Opener Versus Pittsburgh Set For Noon Kickoff
Aug. 30 contest will also be carried live on ESPNU
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University football contest versus Pittsburgh, set for Aug. 30, will kickoff at Noon inside Heinz Field. The season opener will be carried live on ESPNU.
This gives Bowling Green three nationally televised contests this season. Including the season opener versus Pittsburgh (ESPNU), the Falcons will host Minnesota on Sept. 6 (ESPNU) and are on the road versus Toledo (ESPN Classic) in front of a national audience
By the end of the 2008 season the Falcons will have played at least 23 contests on national television since the 2003 season.
