its liek 55-45 in favor of toledo still, but you gotta remember, we are probably the only BG fans that will see that, and most of the voting comes from toledo locals that think fox is a quality news station.

You can vote as many times as you want, as the Toledo fans so bluntly pointed out, so that probably explains why it was favored towards Toledo a while ago

Fox 36
is a quality news station, and they've got the emmys to prove it.
Further, they're the only Toledo station that actively makes an effort on covering BG athletics (who had the first pictures of the new football uniforms? who did the story on AZZ.com?).
Brad Fanning does a fine job with the sports department there and he does a fine job filling the gap in BGSU coverage in Toledo TV.

I'll agree, they have taken the lead in local sports coverage, though I have to tip my hat to Jim T. at 24. He doesn't buy into the BS about having to cover UT first because its the "local" team, and has been around long enough to give depth to some of his stories.
I just with the local guys would ride the darned elevator and get some decent highlights. I get sick of these high school grade shots from the sidelines. The suck the shot too tight, you get no idea of how the play was unfolding, and can't see through the people in the way.
