Ticket Fraud

Anyone else have problems ordering tickets from the Toledo Ticket Office. Just checked my email and my cousin who lives in Cleveland called 530-GOLD and requested 6 tickets in BG section and they told him no tickets available. Asked if any tickets available and they told him not at this time. His wife called from a different number, did not mention the name BG and was able to purchase 6 tickets, but in 2 different rows.

It is happening because it is Turdledo, who, by the way, has a qb that throws like a girl.

which story are you going by? The one here or the one in the other thread, since both of them couldn't both have happened.

Grant. Do you know anyone up in Toledo I can call. I would call Scott Bressler, but I know what he would tell me. Well it is out of my hands. I cannot do anything about it. He has never helped me out and I just cant stand talking to him.

I too can't stand the man...and no, he will be no help if you call him!

I think I can be a better ticket manager, but that is beside the point. What they are doing up in Toledo is wrong. Now if someone wants to be the remaining 1500 tickets and then resell them that is one thing, but to purposely tell BG fans, Sorry no tickets available is wrong.

Not sure what time you called, but I called this morning and asked for seats in sections 22 or 23. He said they were out of those but he had other sections. Then he asked if I wanted to be close to the BG section and I said 'Yes'. It was no problem from there.
Could be that one of the ticket agents are giving BG fans a hard time while others are doing their jobs.

That's pretty much how it went with me. I stopped by Memorial Hall and they told me to call UT, I called UT and told them I wnted to be near the BG sections if not in them. I got in section 33, that's right above 22 where most of y'all will be.
The kid I talked to was pretty helpful. I suspect that he didn't hail from Lucas county

Well I can see some confusion over the phone with tickets. You can misread a person if they say they want tickets in the BG section and if someone says they are sold out then I can understand that. But to drive to BG and wear a BG hat and jacket like I did and be denied, and my friend was able to get tickets, that is wrong.

You can go to utrockets.com and also ticketmaster.com. They still have tickets available. Of course ticketmaster has a $6.25 fee.

Document the time of the call, and try to get the name of the ticket office jerk.
I'm sure there is some way to screw them on the legality of things, if anybody felt like it.
If we can win this year, I'd hope we do the same in two years for Omar's senior season. Assuming another win next year, we could have a chance at a streak.
I smell a lawsuit!!

UT is a state university and I wouldn't think they have a right to discriminate who they sell tickets to, to a public event. Anyone want to call the Ohio Attorney General's office?
We might as well beat them on the field and legally too!!

In the end, what really would be the point. It isn't like UT has any money. They are losing students. If Owens had a footbal team, they wouldn't have any fans. Heck, even the Blade doesn't bother beating up on UT these days, there isn't anything left to destroy.

yes, please do. Make sure to include both stories he gives, it would make great evidence for the counter-lawsuit for slander.
