Help Wanted Ad:NCAA Division 1 Head Football Coach

This is the thread we can dream in. What do we want in the next head coach.
1. Must preach school pride, and discipline(both on and off the field)
2. Must hire 1 offensive coordinator, 1 defensive coordinator, and 1 special teams coordinator
Intereste dto see what everyone else will add.......

Oh, and the season is only half over. They'll be three times as many if things don't totally change.
I don't think it is necessary either actually.

3. Must be able to deal with the Internet Guru's calling for his job the moment he loses his first game
4. Must be able to deal with the comparisons to Saint Urban (who never won a MAC West title, MAC Championship or took a BGSU football team to a bowl game)
5. Must leave Falconboy tickets at will-call so he can see the first half of a game

6. Be willing to work at a lower pay than about 95% of all other FBS coaches.

7. Must be actually able to win the MAC instead of just runner-up titles which don't mean you are even the second best team in years like this.
8. Must be able to rebuild what Urban Meyer established at BGSU since it is being rapidly squandered at the hands of the current coach.
9. Must leave NWLB rights to a VIP box near the 40 yard line and a parking place.
10. Must actually be worth paying more than any of the 95% of 1A coaches who make more than the current coach.
11. Must not sound like a moron during press conferences.
12. Must vow to forever ban the use of FBS in place of 1A.

15. Must attract top-notch players (disciplined)

--Good hygiene is a must
--punctuality and politeness
--must work well with others
--should have some experience with MS Word and Excel
--Should be able to desribe three occassions where he used his problem solving skills to attain a favorable outcome
--reliable transportation

Play action is pretty pointless when we don't ever actually hand off the ball. Any time where Freddie/Turner take a direct snap and end up passing is our version of a play action pass, really.
